His background includes significant experience in Information Technology within public education, where he developed expertise in systems management, technical support, and problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Additionally, Micah worked in directional services within the oil and gas industry, applying his skills to navigate complex systems and deliver client-focused solutions.
Micah has also served as the Construction Manager for Coastal Bend Disaster Recovery Group, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rebuilding and repairing local homes for vulnerable populations. Through this role, he oversaw projects that utilized volunteer labor from all over North America to restore homes for those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Winter Storm Uri, further solidifying his passion for community service and his ability to lead impactful initiatives.
