Les SelenskyProfessional Engineer and Principal
WindShore Engineering is the next generation company originally started as LJS Engineering, LLC by Les Selensky, P.E., CMQ-OE in Rockport, Texas in May of 2017. Les has a BS in Engineering Technology and Construction Management, and another BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, and an MBA in Marketing & Management from University of Dallas. Les has over 25 years of experience in engineering and construction program management at TxDot, HNTB, Lamb-Star Engineering and SAM-Construction Services. He is also an Appointed Qualified Inspector (AQI), which is an engineer who is approved by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to inspect on their behalf. Les is a workaholic, but moved to Rockport seeking “coastal treatment”, and loves people, fishing, hunting and shredding brush on his acreage in Rockport

Dustin BarreStaff Engineer
Dustin Barre graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has extensive software experience, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft office. Dustin grew up right here in Rockport and enjoys the coastal lifestyle. Classic cars are one of his passions and he hopes to continue growing his small collection. Dustin is active at his church and volunteers as the A/V Tech Coordinator, as well as singing and playing guitar in the praise band. He also got his Eagle Scout designation in 2003. Having previously worked in security at a major chemical plant, and with a wide diversification of job experience and skill, Dustin is now focusing his education around completing his testing and building progress towards his Professional Engineering licensing.

Roy RiojasSenior Inspector
Roy Riojas graduated from the Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean and Coastal Resources. Aside from a short career stint as a superintendent for a marine shipping loading and unloading company, Roy’s primary experience has been in construction. He grew up in a construction family, where he learned how to build structures from the ground floor up and worked for the family construction company during and through college. During this time he learned all aspects of the building trades, including how to operate several types of heavy equipment. Most recently Roy was a Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity, with full construction management responsibility over the rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Harvey in the Coastal Bend. Roy is a talented musician, who plays drums and just about any stringed instrument. On the weekends you might find Roy shooting, wrenching, kite surfing, surfing, or fishing, but come Sunday morning you’ll find him setting the rhythm behind his drum set for morning worship.

Micah HaleInspector
A versatile professional with a diverse career spanning over three decades. His background includes significant experience in Information Technology within public education, where he developed expertise in systems management, technical support, and problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Additionally, Micah worked in directional services within the oil and gas industry, applying his skills to navigate complex systems and deliver client-focused solutions.
Micah has also served as the Construction Manager for Coastal Bend Disaster Recovery Group, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rebuilding and repairing local homes for vulnerable populations. Through this role, he oversaw projects that utilized volunteer labor from all over North America to restore homes for those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Winter Storm Uri, further solidifying his passion for community service and his ability to lead impactful initiatives.
Micah also dedicates his time to several volunteer roles, serving in different capacities for organizations such as the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Aransas County 4-H, Aransas County Youth Livestock Association, and the San Patricio and Aransas County A&H Show Community Board and Poultry Committee. His commitment to serving his community is evident in both his professional and volunteer efforts.
